Terms and Conditions

SUBJECT
“Mio” is a service that allows a QR Code to be linked to a publicly accessible information page.

HOW IT WORKS
After purchasing a “Mio” product with a unique engraved QR Code, the user creates an account to associate the QR Codes and enter the desired information. The information is displayed on an information page publicly accessible via the web address reached by scanning the QR Code.

AWARE USE
The user acknowledges that the data entered is public and accessible to anyone in possession of the link associated with the QR Code and that, although such link is not easily predictable, it is not protected by authentication.

USER OBLIGATIONS
The user agrees to provide accurate data without violating third-party rights and to have obtained the necessary consent to use the data entered, such as names and phone numbers of third parties and/or minors and related sensitive data. The user also agrees not to enter unlawful content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The “Mio” service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a medical device or emergency system.

The Controller does not guarantee that the QR Code will be scanned, that the information will be viewed, or that assistance will be provided. The service relies on third-party infrastructure (hosting, internet network), and therefore continuity or availability cannot be guaranteed.

Therefore, “Betella s.n.c. di Betella & C.” shall not be liable for failure to use the QR Code, errors in the data entered, improper use, or any damages resulting from reliance on the service. It also does not guarantee that the information associated with the QR Code cannot be accessed by unauthorized parties.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuity or absence of errors.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Physical “Mio” products are sold through third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay). Sales conditions, shipping, returns, and warranties are governed exclusively by those platforms.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The digital service is activated when the QR Code is associated. The user acknowledges that, once the service has started, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised in accordance with applicable law.

ACCOUNT
The user is responsible for their account credentials, access, and keeping their data up to date.

DELETION
The user may delete their account and data independently by following the instructions in their dashboard after logging in.

OWNERSHIP
The “Mio” system and QR Codes are the property of “Betella s.n.c. di Betella & C.”.

DISPUTES
In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the Italian version shall prevail.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia (Italy).
